This graphic shows three screens visible at the same time: gynecology listing (behind with green headings), the direct gynecology edit screen opened by double clicking on the listing (here patient #2), and a followup form opened via a button on the direct edit screen. This can be conveniently printed out with requests to hospitals for patient followup. Because this database is coded relationally, multiple views are avaliable at the same time, making it convenient to correlate and edit patient information.
Double clicking any patient visit on the lists opens an editing screen for that patient visit. The edit screen has a WYSIWYG format matching the list itself, so that editing can be done more efficiently. Double clickable lists are conveniently used throughout the program.
Gyn, OB, and Office patient screens are color coded for clarity (here light green for gynecology). Useful extra identifying information (visit# seen at side of each entry) are often shown in contrasting colors (here yellow indicates followup information is need for that patient). This extra information appears on the screen view but not on the printout.
